HKMA issues transition-planning guidance
The HKMA issued GS-2, non-statutory guidance for authorised institutions on governance, strategy, risk management and scenario analysis for the net-zero transition.
GRI plans a shorter format for sector standards
GRI announced a streamlined format for future Sector Standards, starting with a Food & Beverages pilot. The pilot is not a final standard.
Hong Kong sets a 2028 ISSB adoption goal
The 2026 Policy Address targets full ISSB adoption by large publicly accountable entities by 2028 and says HKEX will introduce a Green Equity Designation Scheme. These are policy plans, not completed requirements.

When is the next course?

What is the current course fee?
The early-bird deadline (10 October 2026, 11:00 HKT) has passed. The regular fee is HK$12,000. Places are subject to availability.
Is the HK$8,000 reimbursement guaranteed?
No. The course is GSF-listed under GTP-692242, but each applicant must meet the scheme rules and receive approval. HK$8,000 is the 80% illustration for an already-paid expired HK$10,000 early-bird fee; the regular-fee illustration is HK$9,600 on HK$12,000. Neither is guaranteed.
What do I need for a Certificate of Completion?
Attend at least three of four sessions, including the final session, and pass the homework and test. The pass mark, retake policy and certificate issue timeframe are not yet published; ask the course team before paying.
Where is the October intake held?
The 24–25 October 2026 intake will be held at Room 533B, 5/F, Star House, 3 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon.
